Who you are agreeing with

Conecta Media LLC is an Illinois limited liability company at 1449 S Michigan Ave #13448, Chicago, IL 60605. In these terms, we and us mean Conecta Media LLC. You means the business that buys the pilot or the retainer.

Everything is in writing at [email protected]. The owner reads and answers that address himself.

Paying for the pilot or the retainer means you accept these terms as they are published on the day you pay.

The pilot

$397, one payment. It never renews, and nothing bills after it.

What you get:

• The eight checklist items on the dealer page, as written in the plan we send you after payment and before any change.
• Done in 14 days from your approval of the plan, with each change written down.
• One written report on day 14, one page, before and after.

The 14 days start the next business day after you send us your website. After day 14 nothing continues unless you ask for it.

The retainer

$997 a month, billed month to month. It is not a contract for a year and there is no cancellation fee.

Cancel before a month starts and it does not bill again. One email to [email protected] is enough.

What the month covers is listed on the service page: Business Profile work in English and Spanish, Merchant Center feed health, one new bilingual page on your site, one build on request, a monthly report, and ads only with your written go and on your own card.

The AI visibility pilot

$397, one payment. It never renews, and nothing bills after it.

What you get, as written in the plan we send you after payment and before any change:

• The six buyer questions from the free check, what the assistant answered, which questions missed and why.
• One page per missed question, up to six, written the way the buyer asked it, reviewed with you before it is published.
• Business details assistants can read: LocalBusiness or Service schema, an llms.txt file, and a robots.txt that allows AI crawlers.
• Bing Webmaster Tools submission, and your Google Business Profile and the directories the answers quoted made consistent with your site.
• Your Yelp listing completed and matched to your site, since ChatGPT reads Yelp reviews, ratings and business details directly.
• Day 14: the same six questions asked again with live web search, before and after on one page.

The 14 days start the next business day after you approve the written plan. Prices, service areas and proof come from you; we never invent a number about your business. Pages we write are yours. They go onto your own site one of two ways, your choice: an editor invite to [email protected] on your website platform and we publish them, or every page ready to paste for whoever manages your site; the refund rule treats both the same.

Full refund if a listed item cannot be done because of us. Because of us does not cover access you do not grant to the site or the Business Profile, and it does not cover what an AI assistant decides to say, which no one controls.

Stay Named membership

$297 a month, billed month to month through Stripe. Cancel any month by email; the month already started is not refunded, nothing bills after it.

Each month: twelve buyer questions asked again with live web search, with who got named; one new answer page written the way the buyer asked it and reviewed with you; schema, llms.txt, robots.txt, your Yelp listing and your other listings kept current; a one-page report. The first month starts when you approve the written plan.

Own the answers, at $997 a month, is the same membership with four pages a month, Spanish versions, Business Profile posts and review prompts, and more than one location. Same cancellation, same refund rule.

The personalized report

$29, once, through Stripe. You give the website to check at payment. Within minutes you get a written result page by email: six buyer questions written from that website, asked with live web search on ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity, whether each answer names the business, who was named instead, the directories quoted, how the assistant describes the business against its own pages, and the fixes in order.

If the automatic run fails we run it by hand the same business day. If we cannot produce the report at all, the $29 is refunded in full. The $29 is credited toward the AI visibility pilot if you take it within 60 days. The report states what the assistants answered on that day; answers change, and no one can promise what an assistant will say tomorrow.

How you pay

Payment is by Stripe payment link. Stripe takes the card, processes the payment and sends you the receipt. Your full card number never reaches us and we never store it.

Prices are in US dollars. The published price is the price for everyone. We do not run discounts, free pilots or founding-dealer rates.

Refunds

The refund clause is the one printed on the service page, word for word:

Ask for it by email and the money goes back the way it came, through Stripe.

The retainer is different: a month already started is not refunded. Cancel before the next month begins and it does not bill again.

Access to your accounts

Access is by invitation to your own accounts: your Google Business Profile, your Merchant Center or Ads if you have them, and your website platform. We never ask for a password and we never want one.

You can remove any invitation at any time, and at the end of the pilot we remove our access if you ask.

Your accounts, your website and everything we write for you stay yours. Nothing is held back at the end.

What we do with what we see

The boundary is the one printed on the service page, word for word:

We run a hearth store of our own, which is why we do not take fireplace or sauna dealers as clients. We will not work against you.

Your audit page

An audit page under /audit/ is built from your public website. It is unlisted: the page carries a noindex tag so search engines do not list it, and nothing on this site links to it.

Write to [email protected] and we remove yours.

The free check

The check at /check/ reads the public pages of the address you type and shows you what it found. It uses no account access and asks for no sign in.

What it keeps, and for how long, is in the privacy policy. It is free, it comes with no obligation, and you can run it without ever writing to us.

Email from us

If we wrote to you first, the message came from a mailbox we own and it carried a line telling you to reply stop.

Reply stop and you go on the suppression list and never hear from us again. We honor that within one business day.

What we ask of you

• Give us the access a fix needs, or tell us you would rather not. A fix that depends on access you do not grant is one we cannot do.
• Answer in writing when we ask a question. The 14 days are ours to keep; a fix waiting on your answer waits.
• Only ask us to publish what is true about your business, and only give us access to accounts you are allowed to give access to.

What we do not promise

That an AI assistant will name your business. ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and the others decide their own answers and change them over time. What we deliver is the pages, the data and the listings that make being named possible, and the same questions asked again so you can see the change yourself.

We do not control Google. Nobody can promise a ranking, a review outcome or a Merchant Center decision, and we do not.

What we promise is the work: the checklist items in your written plan, done in 14 days, written down, with the refund above if one of them cannot be done because of us.

The most we ever owe you is what you paid us.

Illinois law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.

If something goes wrong, write to [email protected] first. You get an answer in writing within one business day, and most things end there. Anything that cannot be settled by email belongs to the courts of the State of Illinois.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them. The terms that apply to your pilot, or to a month of your retainer, are the ones published on the day you paid for it.
